At Halcyos GO, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and securely across Qatar. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Delivery Coverage

  • We currently deliver orders within Qatar only.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Options & Timelines

  • Pickup from Store (Doha) – Free, usually ready within 24 hours.
  • Home Delivery (Qatar) – 1 to 3 business days, depending on location.
  • Express Delivery (Doha only) – Same day delivery (if order placed before 12 PM).

3. Shipping Fees

  • Pickup from store: Free
  • Standard delivery within Doha: QAR 15
  • Delivery outside Doha (within Qatar): QAR 25
  • Express delivery (Doha only): QAR 40
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed daily between 10 AM – 6 PM.
  • Orders placed after 6 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once your order is dispatched.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If the delivery attempt fails (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailable), our team will contact you to reschedule.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated failed attempts.

6. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items

  • Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as stock is available.
  • You will be notified of any expected delays.
